I’m inspired by people, fascinated by their capacity to adapt to new situations and create a better and more sustainable future. I’m a coach and consultant. I facilitate change processes in people and organizations. Among others I collaborate with the UN Program for Management Development and the EU program to accelerate innovative start-ups SME Instrument. I cooperate with different consultants networks as a freelance in order to define, develop and foster change culture processes, business models and leadership skills.
